Electronic locks provide advanced, user-friendly access management — with multiple credential options. A SMARTair wireless access control system is built around three main elements.
With management software, facility managers control, identify and update who can open every door. They get an instant overview of their site’s security status. The user-friendly interface is accessible from any standard PC, tablet or smartphone. Furthermore the Openow mobile solution allows to send, revoke and update virtual keys over the air in seconds.
SMARTair locks and other devices secure just about any opening, in all kinds of buildings. Our escutcheons and cylinders fit interior and exterior doors. Wall readers control access to lifts, high-traffic entrance doors, and car parks.
SMARTair gives users a choice of credentials, so they can open doors securely with a fob or mobile phone, as well as a standard electronic RFID key-card. Lost or stolen keys no longer present a problem, because these secure electronic credentials can be cancelled or reissued instantly. Users of a SMARTair access control system can open doors with their mobile phone and the Openow app, converting their smartphone into a secure virtual key.

Upgrade existing door cylinders with a SMARTair knob cylinder with integrated RFID reader. Easy to retrofit, in multiple finishes, and compatible with virtual keys stored in the SMARTair Openow app.
The new SMARTair knob cylinder is a door device improved in every way. Its world-class design is more robust and resistant. The cylinder comes in more finishes and colours, upgrading aesthetics and functionality in equal measure. Suitable for any door, it quickly upgrades your existing mechanical cylinder to an access-controlled cylinder – without any drilling or wiring at the door.
The new SMARTair knob cylinder is a wireless locking device designed for office and meeting room doors, as well as existing glass, aluminium or wooden doors where installing an escutcheon proves difficult.

Where locks cannot be installed or openings are automated, like gates and lifts, choose the SMARTair wall reader. For Update on Card management, your wall reader also doubles as a credential updater.
SMARTair wired wall readers with inbuilt RFID capability are suitable for automatic doors, turnstiles, fences, barriers and elevators. In fact, the wall reader filters access through any opening where a locking or blocking element is automated, including when an escutcheon, cylinder or lock cannot be installed.
